Unicommerce hopes to locally available in excess of 1,000 organizations in next 5 months

New Delhi: Unicommerce, a SaaS platform for retail brands, expects to add over 1,000 businesses in the next 5 months and is on track to record a 100 per cent year-on-year (YoY) growth in new client acquisition, the company said in a press release.

In the first half of FY23, the company has onboarded more than 1800 online businesses, it said. This includes 200 enterprise accounts leading to a 75 per cent YoY growth in enterprise client acquisition for the retail SaaS major.

It has added Physics Wallah, Timex, WOW Skin Science, Evenflow, Biba, Newme, 10Club, Uni, Sleepwell, and more to its platform. It is also working towards onboarding sellers from tier II and tier III cities of the country.

“We are building a sustainable business with a focus on growth and profitability as we continue to penetrate in India and international markets,” Kapil Makhija, CEO of the company said.

The firm has recently announced its expansion into 10 countries across the Middle East, Africa, and Southeast Asia region. As of September 2022, the integrated post-purchase experience management platform is used to process 600 million sale order items amounting to $7 billion GMV annually.
